Privacy Policy

Who operates TapeFlow, how requests, contact emails, cookies and ads are handled, and the choices available to visitors.

Key summary

  • TapeFlow is an independent market-information service operated by Caelion. It does not offer accounts, payments, comments or personal portfolio storage.
  • Having no account or contact form does not mean that no request information is processed. Hosting, security and data providers process requests for pages and market data. Google and advertising partners may also process information when ads are enabled.
  • If you choose to email the operator, your sender address, message and attachments are used to review and answer your request. Privacy questions can also be sent to anc5557@naver.com.

1. Operator and scope

Caelion manages TapeFlow pages, explanations, public-data display and operational inquiries. TapeFlow is not an official service of an exchange, data provider or Google.

This notice applies to TapeFlow. Other Caelion services have different input, storage and sharing behavior, described in the service privacy guide.

2. Information processed

  • Request and security information may include IP address, request time and URL, browser, device and language information, referrer and error records.
  • Visit and performance metrics are processed by Cloudflare Web Analytics, including page visits and load timing. This performance analysis is separate from cookies used for ad personalization.
  • Market-data requests are made when selecting indicators, changing chart ranges or opening history. There is no feature for registering a brokerage account or actual holdings.
  • Guide calculators use numeric inputs only in the current page memory; they do not store the inputs on a server or in browser storage.
  • TapeFlow first-party code does not currently store a personal profile in browser local or session storage. Google advertising and consent tools may use separate cookies or storage.
  • Contact email includes the sender address, display name, message, attachments and transmission information you choose to send. It reaches the operator and email services. The website has no separate contact form or contact database.

3. Purposes and retention

Request information is used to deliver pages and market data and to investigate failures or abnormal traffic. Visit and performance metrics help assess usage and page speed. Contact email is used to answer questions, reproduce errors and handle correction or privacy requests.

Messages may remain in the operator mailbox according to mailbox and email-provider retention and deletion settings. To request access, correction or deletion of a message you sent, contact the same address. There is no account-deletion feature because TapeFlow does not maintain account profiles.

Hosting, security, data-request and advertising records have retention periods governed by provider policies and the applicable settings. Clearing browser cookies does not delete existing server logs or emails already sent.

4. Google ads and cookies

When advertising is enabled, TapeFlow loads Google AdSense. Google and third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technology to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites.

Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on browsing history. You can manage personalized ads using the Google settings linked below. Non-personalized ads may also use cookies for frequency capping, aggregate reporting and fraud prevention.

Google European regulations messages are configured for relevant visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Review the options in a consent message when it is displayed. Availability and the choices shown can vary with region, prior consent and browser state.

  • Google ad-personalization settings and consent choices made on a website are separate settings.
  • If you cannot find the consent screen or a way to change your choices, contact the address below. A separate persistent cookie-settings button is not provided to every visitor.
  • You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser. This may reset a stored consent choice, but does not replace a request to delete information already processed.

5. External services and links

  • Cloudflare provides page delivery, caching, security and Web Analytics visit and performance measurement. Request and error records and page-performance metrics may be processed.
  • Supabase provides public market-data storage and reads. Access information needed to process a data request may be transmitted.
  • Google and advertising partners process information under their policies when delivering ads and consent messages. Partner and purpose choices can be reviewed in the consent message when it is displayed.
  • The contact address uses NAVER Mail. Sending email involves your email service and the receiving email service used by the operator.
  • Following an external source link takes you to another website and its privacy policy applies. Information may be processed outside Korea depending on where external services operate.

6. Privacy requests and choices

You may contact the operator about access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information in an inquiry email or public page. Identify the message or page and the action requested. If further verification is needed, the operator can explain the minimum information required.

Google advertising information and browser storage may also need to be managed through Google or your browser. The operator cannot directly access or delete every record held by an external provider.

7. Information you do not need to send

Using the service or reporting an error does not require government IDs, account or card numbers, passwords, verification codes or investment balances. Redact unnecessary names, contact details and account information from screenshots.

Do not unnecessarily include sensitive information or another person's personal data in queries, URLs, shared links or email. TapeFlow is not designed as a service for children.

8. Changes to this notice

When data handling or contact practices change, this notice and its revision date will be updated. The Caelion contact page also explains common operational and privacy inquiries.
