2. Helpful details for error reports

Report security concerns by email instead of a public post. Passwords, authentication information and full account histories are not needed.

• The page URL and the indicator or explanation involved.
• The date and time, the value displayed, the expected value and a link to the source used for comparison.
• Reproduction steps and browser name. Attach only the relevant portion of a screenshot and redact personal information.
• For source or copyright questions, the affected page and links identifying the material.

3. Personal information in email

Sending email transmits your sender address, display name, message, attachments and transmission information to the operator and email services for review and reply. There is no separate customer account or in-site inquiry storage feature.

Messages may remain according to mailbox and email-provider retention and deletion settings. For access, correction or deletion of an earlier inquiry, identify the message and requested action. If verification is needed, the operator can explain the minimum additional information required.

4. What not to send

• Government IDs, passport numbers, account or card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
• Unnecessary brokerage screenshots, balances, transaction histories or another person's personal data.
• Portfolio details submitted for buy or sell recommendations.

5. Response scope

The operator can review public pages, data display and explanatory documents and consider corrections. Individual investment decisions, loss compensation, exchange transactions and external-provider policy decisions are outside this channel's scope.

If a consent screen or its settings are difficult to find, include the page, country or region and browser name. You do not need to provide a full IP address or personal advertising identifiers.
